Wash-Checks U is a single use synthetic soil test for routine monitoring of an ultrasonic wash process. The test is inserted in a Wash-Checks Holder and then placed in the ultrasonic washer. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION Key Features • Tests effective cavitation, time, temperature and detergent • No actual blood components contained in the test soil, removing potential for crosscontamination • Reusable holder Performance Characteristics The synthetic test soil (blue square) simulates human blood and tissue. When placed in the holder, the test soil is fully exposed. The WashChecks Holder should be placed face up inside the ultrasonic washer. Run a cleaning cycle according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. After the wash cycle is complete, results are displayed on the Wash-Checks U. The removal of all test soil indicates effective cleaning
